Kaspar Companies held its first Kaspar Business Systems (KBS) Leadership conference in February of 2020 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Austin Northwest Arboretum. Espresso was tasked with securing the location, planning logistics, and branding the entire event. Our team also scheduled after-hours team-building activities, booked hotel rooms for attendees, and set-up technology in each of the conference’s break-out rooms. We sourced and assembled swag bags, designed posters, compiled and printed break-out session workbooks, developed PowerPoints and training materials, created the new KBS logo, and branded all materials for the conference. Our team also supplied photography and planned the awards ceremony held on the final day of the event.
With our help, our client was able to present a well-executed event with ease, introduce their brand to the public, and focus on their responsibility of sharing and teaching leadership skills and development to attendees. Espresso took care of the rest.
