Espresso was tasked with hosting a company-wide event where all of the team members from all of Kaspar Companies’ subsidiaries could gather for big announcements, big introductions and big chicken fried steaks.
Espresso commenced to plan the details including seating, floor plan arrangement, stages, catering, schedules, presentations, audio, filming, flyers and more. Over 400 people were in attendance, and the event went off flawlessly – except we may have played Sweeeeeet Caroliiiine … oh oh oh! a few too many times in the countdown music selection leading up to the event launch time.
We enjoyed having all of the Kaspar Companies subsidiaries in one place at one time and hearing from the new leadership team about the vision and future direction for the companies.
